Gratitude is easy when life is behaving. This workshop will help round out the rest of the time.
Together, we’ll explore gratitude without so much forced positivity, spiritual bypassing, or pretending every difficult experience was secretly a gift. Using intuition, imagery, and the SoulCollage® process, we’ll notice what has supported us, surprised us, stayed with us, or helped us keep going—even when life was messy.
The workshop will include a brief introduction to SoulCollage®, a guided reflection, time to create one or more cards, a curated playlist for the length of the event you can listen to on Spotify or YouTube, and an opportunity to listen to what your images have to say.
Sharing is never required. No artistic experience is necessary; if you can use scissors and a glue stick, you are sufficiently qualified.
This workshop is welcoming to both first-time and experienced SoulCollagers.

Please have the following available:
Blank SoulCollage® cards or sturdy 5 × 8-inch cardboard of cereal box thickness
A varied collection of magazine images, photographs, or other printed imagery containing no words or numbers
Scissors
Glue
A journal or paper and something to write with
Optional card sleeves
Three-card starter kits containing cards, sleeves, a glue stick, and three surprise seed images are available separately through the hArt & SOL Studios Store HERE.
Kits should be ordered by October 28, 2026, to allow sufficient processing and mailing time. Participants purchasing a kit will still need additional images for card-making.
